OUR GOAL IS STRAIGHTFORWARD, IT'S TO BE THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR DAY!
WE'RE HERE TO CHEER YOU ON AS YOU TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING WITH OUR ATHLETE-INSPIRED TRAINING APPROACH. TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE, BOOST CONFIDENCE, BUILD A STRONG MINDSET, AND UNCOVER THE LOVE OF FITNESS.
HOW WE STARTED:
BEAST BODY FITNESS STARTED ON A FIELD IN 2011. NEWLYWEDS TREMAYNE AND CASSANDRA CAME TOGETHER BECAUSE THEIR MOM WANTED TO LOSE WEIGHT WITH HER FRIENDS FROM CHURCH. AS TRAINERS AND INSTRUCTORS ALREADY, THE NEWLYWEDS DECIDED TO LAUNCH WHAT WAS THEN KNOWN AS LOOS'EM BIG BOOTCAMP.
SINCE LAUNCHING, THE PROGRAM GREW TO HELP THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE LOSE WEIGHT, BUILD LEAN MUSCLE, AND DEVELOP A STRONG MINDSET. TRAINING LIKE AN ATHLETE AND KEEPING FITNESS FUN HAS BECOME THE BEAST BODY WAY.
WE ARE THAT GYM THAT BELIEVES IN TRUE MODIFICATIONS FOR BUILDING A FOUNDATION. SO MODIFIED THROUGH ADVANCE LEVELS WELCOME FOR A GREAT SWEAT SESH!

Absolutely the BEST gym ever!! Fun family environment with plenty of support and encouragement!! Perfect for ALL fitness levels, ages, backgrounds, etc. Cass and Tré honestly and wholeheartedly LOVE what they do and make sure we get the safest and most effective workouts!!
They saved my life when I was unhealthy and in a dark sad place. They brought light into my world and I’m forever grateful for what they’ve done for me, my family, my coworkers and my friends!! I’ve even invited perfect strangers to join in on the fun and they’re still part of our family!! Our fitness family is second to none and is the GREATEST group of people!! I definitely recommend Beast Body if you’re looking for a gym family, not just some place to workout, but a place to be part of something beautiful and amazing!!!
