WHETHER YOUR GOAL IS STRENGTH, AGILITY, EXPLOSIVENESS, OVERALL PERFORMANCE, OR EVEN FAT LOSS OUR PERFORMANCE TRAINING SESSIONS ARE DESIGNED TO DELIVER RESULTS THROUGH STRUCTURED, COACH-LED TRAINING IN A SUPPORTIVE AND FOCUSED ENVIRONMENT.

PROGRAMMING IS SCALED TO PROGRESSED, ALLOWING INDIVIDUALS AT ANY STAGE TO TRAIN EFFECTIVELY WHILE BUILDING STRENGTH, CONDITIONING, AND LEAN MUSCLE WITHOUT LOWERING THE STANDARD OF THE ROOM. (AKA STARTING AT YOUR LEVEL WE WILL PROGRESS YOU ALONG AS YOU ADVANCE)

AGES 14-16 ATHLETES WILL BE INTEGRATED INTO CLASSES WITH A 2 WEEK TRIAL PERIOD.

POWER, EXPOLSIVENESS, SPEED, AGILITY & MINDSET. TRAINING FOR ATHLETES, RACES, & OVERALL HEALTH.
ATHLETES
AGES 14+ MUST BE IN A SPORT TO ADULT. (SCALED FOR ALL LEVELS)
TRAINER
TRAINERS WILL EVALUATE ATHLETE IN TRIAL PERIOD TO DETERMINE ELEGIBILITY.
CLASS
EVERY CLASS IS COACH-LED WITH A FOCUS ON PROGRESS, VARIETY, AND PURPOSE. WORKOUTS ROTATE MUSCLE GROUPS TO BUILD BALANCED STRENGTH.

WARM UP
THIS PHASE OF THE WORKOUT IS IMPORTANT TO PREPARE YOUR BODY FOR EXERCISE BY INCREASING BLOOD FLOW TO THE MUSCLES, RAISING THE BODY TEMPERATURE, AND REDUCING THE RISK OF INJURY.

DEMONSTRATION
BEFORE A WORKOUT, A TRAINER DEMONSTRATES AND EXPLAINS THE EXERCISES, EMPHASIZING THE IMPORTANCE OF PROPER FORM AND TECHNIQUE. THIS DEMONSTRATION PHASE ALLOWS FOR LEARNING EXERCISE TERMINOLOGY AND HELPS BUILD CONFIDENCE IN FITNESS THROUGH TRAINER AND GROUP INTERACTION.
