ABOUT ME

I’m an 8-time American Ninja Warrior competitor, as seen on NBC, a social media influencer, and the founder of Beast Body Fitness. Based in Houston, TX, I specialize in sports performance training, focusing on sports preparation, increasing speed, strength, explosive power, and mindset.

 

For over 17 years, I’ve been an innovator in the sports performance industry, conducting workshops and speaking engagements across the U.S. and even being invited to Cambodia for sports and mindset coaching and development.

 

I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of athletes in a variety of sports, from youth to collegiate levels, and even Olympians and pro athletes. I’ve worked with athletes in track, rugby, softball, baseball, football, swimming, tennis, boxing, Ninja Warrior obstacle training, and more.

 

My training approach is evidence-based, and I’m an avid exercise and nutrition researcher, applying the latest scientific findings to my sports and exercise training programs.

 

You might recognize me from my 8-time participation on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior. I’ve also placed 1st in the novice category at the Labrada Physique Show. My background includes playing football on scholarship and working closely with George Foreman’s former boxing coach, Roscoe Hill Senior. I’m also a 2x Golden Gloves Champion. My goal is not only to strive for my best but to push every athlete I work with to perform at their absolute best.

 

As a busy father of two and a husband, I understand the sacrifices it takes to stay active in sports or in fitness while balancing personal life. My passion is helping athletes become well-rounded, both for the game and in the mindset it takes outside the game to maintain peak performance. i truly enjoy helping others find their inner athlete no matter the level they come to me in.
