SPEED AND POWER ARE NEEDED IN EVERY SPORT! YOU WILL FIND THAT THE MOST SUCCESSFUL ATHLETES, WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO IT, ARE THE QUICKEST MOST EXPLOSIVE COMPETITORS IN THEIR SPORT.

 

ITS A RACE AGAINST THE CLOCK! THAT SECOND FASTER, THAT ANGLE CHANGE, THAT EXPLOSIVE JUMP IS A MOMENT THAT CAN SUDDENLY CHANGE THE OUTCOME OF ANY GAME.

 

BEAST BODY FITNESS PRODUCES RESULTS IN SPEED & POWER
OUR 1 HOUR SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSION WILL FOCUS ON EACH INDIVIDUALS ABILITY TO INCREASE SPEED AND POWER.

 

ATHLETES ARE INDIVIDUALLY PROGRESSED BASED ON THEIR RATE OF DEVELOPMENT. ANY ATHLETE WITH MUSCULAR IMBALANCES WILL BE GIVEN CORRECTIVE EXERCISE RECOMMENDATIONS AND ALL ATHLETES WILL BE EVALUATED BY THEIR OVERALL IMPROVEMENTS IN PLYOMETRICS, SPEED, EXPLOSIVENESS, AND POWER.

ALL ATHLETES (14+) ARE RECOMMENDED TO TAKE ANY FOAM ROLL & STRETCH CLASS PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE MONTH AND/OR TO SEE OUR SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPIST ON SITE TO HELP OUR ATHLETES LEARN TECHNIQUE ON MYOFACIAL RELEASE AND TRIGGER POINT TO HELP PREVENT INJURY.
