SPEED AND POWER ARE NEEDED IN EVERY SPORT! YOU WILL FIND THAT THE MOST SUCCESSFUL ATHLETES, WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO IT, ARE THE QUICKEST MOST EXPLOSIVE COMPETITORS IN THEIR SPORT.

 

ITS A RACE AGAINST THE CLOCK! THAT SECOND FASTER, THAT ANGLE CHANGE, THAT EXPLOSIVE JUMP IS A MOMENT THAT CAN SUDDENLY CHANGE THE OUTCOME OF ANY PLAY.

 

BEAST BODY FITNESS PRODUCES RESULTS IN SPEED & POWER . CHOOSE BETWEEN A PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION OR OUR 1 HOUR SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSION.

 

OUR SPORTS PERFORMANCE BASED SESSIONS WILL FOCUS ON EACH INDIVIDUALS ABILITY TO INCREASE STREGNTH, SPEED AND POWER.

EVERY ATHLETE CAN NOT BE TREATESD EQUALLY. EACH ATHLETE HAS THIER OWN STREGNTHS AND WEAKNESSES THIS IS WHY WE ARE DEDICATED TO OUR PERSONAL AND SMALL GROUP SESSIONS GEARED TO HELP EACH ATHLETE WHERE THEY NEED.

ATHLETES ARE INDIVIDUALLY PROGRESSED BASED ON THEIR RATE OF DEVELOPMENT. ANY ATHLETE WITH MUSCULAR IMBALANCES WILL BE GIVEN CORRECTIVE EXERCISE RECOMMENDATIONS AND ALL ATHLETES WILL BE EVALUATED BY THEIR OVERALL IMPROVEMENTS IN PLYOMETRICS, SPEED, EXPLOSIVENESS, AND POWER.

ALL ATHLETES (14+) ARE RECOMMENDED TO TAKE ANY FOAM ROLL & STRETCH CLASS PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE MONTH AND/OR TO SEE OUR SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPIST OR PHYSICAL THERAPIST ON SITE TO HELP OUR ATHLETES LEARN TECHNIQUE ON MYOFACIAL RELEASE AND TRIGGER POINT TO HELP PREVENT INJURY.

DOMINATE IN YOUR SPORT WITH OUR SMALL GROUP SESSIONS OF 4 OR GET YOUR WORKOUT COMPLETELY TAILORED FOR YOU. 

STRETCH AND YOGA CLASSES INCLUDED FOR OUR ATHLETES WHILE IN TRAINING AT BEAST BODY FACILITY
