Cy-Fair ISD may be closed, but your athlete’s performance doesn’t take a holiday. This 6-session Holiday Off-Season Training Camp is built for athletes who want to stay sharp, strong, and competitive through the break. This camp is ONLY for athletes who are currently in a sport.

Athletes MUST be currently in a sport to enroll.
December 22–23 & 27December 29–30 & January 3

This camp is ONLY for athletes who are currently in a sport. (Middle School, High School, or College.)
What Athletes Will Train:
• Strength training for power + explosiveness• Speed mechanics + acceleration technique• Agility, footwork, and change of direction• Conditioning built for sport performance• Core + stability + injury-prevention focus• Performance coaching in form, mechanics, and movement quality.
