Ladies Night: Disrupt in Stilettos

Get ready to turn up the heat, ladies! 🔥 Join us for Ladies Night at Beast Body Fitness this Friday! 💃🏽✨ It’s all about fun vibes, fierce moves, and letting loose. Wear your black bottoms and bring the heat with a sexy top let’s burn up the dance floor together! Grab your girls, and let’s vibe to the beat! 🎶👯‍♀️

What is a Beast Babes Ladies Night? Its a time we learn a 90 second dance routine in 90minutes. Last 5 minutes of class will be dedicated to group recording (*Optional) and dancers can stay after to record on their own devices. Bring water. Choreography is for all levels of fitness fun. (Please remember this is not a competitive dance class.)
