What is a Beast Babes Ladies Night? Its a time we learn a 90 second dance routine in 90minutes. Last 5 minutes of class will be dedicated to group recording (*Optional) and dancers can stay after to record on their own devices. Bring water. Choreography is for fun fitness and a fusion of Hip Hop, Pop, Jazz, and sometimes Contemporary. For all levels of fitness fun. (Please remember this choreography is for fun and to burn calories.
