We always start the New Year saying, "I resolve to...", but most are lucky to even make it past Jan 15th with their resolutions. Beasts know that the grind NEVER stops. We work hard towards our goals, and we only want to continue to get better. The last quarter of the year is a busy and stressful time. Beast Body Fitness firmly believes that consistency relies on habit. If you can dedicate a small portion of everyday to yourself and your goals, you can create a lifestyle change that will allow you to always move forward; never backwards.

For the next 90 days, we will Feast like Beasts daily as a community!
We've established 5 simple daily goals that will allow you to keep focused on your health journey through the most difficult time of the year. Daily Beast Feast will consist of daily affirmations, drinking our water, eliminating bad habits, getting some type of physical activity in no matter how easy or hard, and ending our days with gratification. These small daily habits will help to keep momentum going through the end of the year so that we can finish strong and focus on NEW goals - not repeating the same ones when New Year's rolls around.
