MODIFIED THROUGH ADVANCE WORKOUTS WILL BE PROVIDED. THIS ATHLETIC BUILD PROGRAM WILL HELP YOU WITH CORE STRENGTH, BUILD LEAN MUSCLE, BURN FAT, INCREASE COORDINATION, BALANCE, SPEED, STRENGTH, AGILITY AND MORE. WILL BE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT A VIDEO OF THE BEAST ASSESSMENT FOR YOUR TRAINER TO SEE FORM AND CONTINUED PROGRESS.

THESE WORKOUTS ARE MEANT TO TAKE THE AVERAGE ATHLETE AND TURN THEM INTO A BEAST. PLEASE NOTE: YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO SEND IN VIDEO FOOTAGE FROM TIME TO TIME TO MAKE SURE FORM AND TECHNIQUE IS DONE CORRECTLY. A VIDEO OF THE BEAST ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED.
