HEATS WILL BE DIVIDED INTO INDIVIDUAS, PARTNERS(2), TEAM(4). WAVE TIME WILL BE SENT OUT CLOSER TO EVENT DATE.

HEAT WILL BE DETERMINED BY CATEGORIES OF INDIVIDUAL, PARTNER, AND TEAM. HEATS WILL BE EMAILED THE WEEK OF THE GAMES. PLEASE NOTE: LATE/LAST MINUTE SIGN UP MAY RESULT IN A DIFFERENT HEAT TIME THAN THE TIMES SENT OUT THE WEEK OF.

INDIVIDUALS WILL PERFORM A CERTAIN NUMBER OF EXERCISES FOR REPS OR DISTANCE UNTIL COMPLETION.

GOAL IS FOR EACH INDIVUAL IS TO FINISH STRONG. THIS IS TO HELP PREP OUR CURRENT MEMBERS OR LOCAL COMMUNITY ON WHAT TO EXPECT FOR RACE DAY OR TO HELP ENCOURAGE SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO SIGN UP FOR RACE DAY BUT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. (*RACE DAY IS THE ACTUAL EVENT HELD BY THE EVENT COMPANY)

INDIVIDUALS WILL RUN FULL RACE FOR COMPLETION.

PARTNERS WILL RUN FULL RACE TOGETHER FOR COMPLETION BUT CAN BREAK UP STATIONS HOWEVER THEY DESIRE.

TEAMS WILL BREAK DOWN RACE AND EACH INDIVIDUAL WILL RUN 1 AT A TIME IN RELAY FORM.

NO. THERE WILL BE VARIATIONS DUE TO SPACE, DISTANCE, LEVELS, AND TIME. FOR ORIGINAL RACE EXPERIENCE PLEASE SIGN UP FOR YOUR RACE EVENT THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. THIS EXPERIENCE IS A PREP TO GET YOU HYPED AND AWARE OF AREAS YOU MAY NEED TO IMPROVE ON, A TIME TO SHARE TIPS AND TRICKS WITH OTHERS, OR ITS SIMPLY A GOOD TIME WITH GYM FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
RAIN OR SHINE WE ARE ON, HOWEVER IF DOWN POURING WHERE ITS DANGOUROUS TO DRIVE, GAMES WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR A LATER DATE. PERFERABLY THE FOLLOWING WEEK (HOWEVER CAN BE RESCHEDULED 1-6 WEEKS IF WEATHER IS A HUGE FACTOR.)

NO WORRIES... THESE GAMES ARE FOR FUN! (EVEN THOUGH IT WILL BE EXHAUSTING!) IT IS MAINLY A YOU VS YOU COMPETITION. THE GOAL IS TO TRY YOUR BEST AND FINISH! WE WILL PROVIDE AND ALLOW MOTIFICATIONS FOR THOSE WITH RESTRICTIONS.

EXPECT IT! IF IT IS LIFE THREATENING PLEASE YELL MEDIC IF ITS AN EMERGENCY. IF NOT WE WILL HAVE A TABLE SET UP WITH 1ST AID NEEDS FOR MINOR SCRAPES OR CUTS.
WHAT IF MY PARTNER I SIGNED UP WITH IS UNABLE TO PERFORM?

ATTEND BEAST BODY FITNESS ATHLETIC BOOTCAMP CLASSES. THIS WILL HELP YOU DEVELOP AN OVERALL STREGNTH AND CONDITIONING IN YOUR STANDARD MOVEMENTS.

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FULL THROTTLE CLASSES. THESE 30MINUTE HIGH INTESITY CLASSES WILL PUSH YOUR OVERALL STREGNTH AND MINDSET EXPECIALLY RIGHT AFTER A BOOTCAMP CLASS.

TAKE AN XTRA MILE CLASS. THIS CLASS IS GEARED TOWARDS COMPROMISED RUNNING FOR FITNESS RACES AND WILL HAVE YOU FOCUSED ON RACE DAY MOVEMENTS.

HYDRATE, REST, AND RECOVERY. MAKE SURE YOU ARE HYDRATING UPTO AND DAY OF EVENT. GET LOTS OF REST AKA SLEEP AS WELL, AND SPEND AN ADIQUATE AMOUNT OF TIME STRETCHING, MEDITATING, AND DOING ALL THE THINGS RECOVERY WISE TO MAKE SURE YOUR BODY IS AT ITS BEST PERFORMANCE LEADING UP TO RACE DAY.
