BEAST BODY FITNESS PROVIDES YOGA MONTHLY STRETCH AND FOAM ROLL CLASSES TO ITS MEMBERS TO LEARN THE TECHNIQUE NEEDED FOR SMR.

 

BEAST BODY ALSO PROVIDE ITS MEMBERS WITH THE ABILITY TO BOOK 1 HOUR PERSONAL SESSIONS FOR PRESSURE POINT AND FOAM ROLL.

A LITTLE IMPORTANCE ON FOAM ROLLING, FOAM ROLLING IS A SELF-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE STRETCHING TECHNIQUE THAT HAS BEEN EMBRACED THROUGHOUT THE FITNESS INDUSTRY.
