Challenges are never easy! They make us face who we really are vs who we are trying to become. Our challenges are for those who truly want to change. Yes, it gets hard, emotional, and at times pure frustrating, but the benefits totally outweigh the amount of consistent work it takes.
We have been challenge in life to believe we deserve a healthy life without committing to the process of a healthy life... it take alot of mindset and will power to make small daily changes that gain in big results.
No one will know the amount of commitment you put in behind closed doors and no one will know the amount of self talk it took to get out of your feelings when it came to meal prep or bonus work... but when they ask... "What did you do?" you now get to say "I challenge my best self to show up"...
We cant Thank you enough for your ultimate transformation not just physically but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We thank you for motivating others as well and for showing up for best years yet to come... the you at 60 will thank the you right now for bring in 50 hot, healthy, and on fire!
